VoLTE support

How can I make my C5 ULtra VoLTE enabled. Currently it is working on 4G but VoLTE is not working.

Can anybody out there tell me how do I register my jio sim in this c5ultta phone of mine. Everytime I try to register,the message it show is somewhat like this.
"This service is currently not available in your region"
