Hi @ganeshm, let me see if I can help out here. 

As mentioned in the thread @uliwooly linked to, in order to exit safe mode, simply reboot your phone as usual and make sure that the volume down key is not pressed during the boot sequence.

I reboot the phone. But still it can't exit from safe mode

In that case I suggest that you make sure that the volume down key is not pressed during startup. 

if your phone has a protective case, remove it, as it might be pressing on the volume keys that could be causing the phone to reboot to safe mode.
