C5 Ultra Start up Issue

I have a Sony Xperia C5 ultra that won't turn on. It just sticks on the Sony Xperia then shuts off.

It won't be recognized by Sony Xperia Companion so how can the software be fixed.

The cable is working fine and I already tried other cables yet still not recognized by Xperia companion.

Need Help Please.

Thanks.

1. Try to connect in different computer if is any chance

2. Try to repair with Xperia Companio

3. Try diffrenet cable if is any chance

Do some test in differenet computers and with different cables if is any chance to do that. My opinion can be some reasons: drivers in computer in chich you tried need to be re-installed. Smartphone's motherboad is stucked, coz can't load and ect. If say honest it's possble that you will need to bring smartphone to authorized service in yours location to fix it. Some questions for you:

1. Did you tried to root yours smartphone?

2. To modify software and ect?

It's simple questions, so don't afraid to tell true, will be better to help you Slightly_smiling_Face

Hi Kudos,

Yes, I already tried to uninstall and install again the Xperia companion and tried it on another computer.

I also tried different cables and still won't get recognized by Xperia companion.

NO,  I didn't get to modify my Sony C5 software also I'm not a tech guy and I'm happy with how my C5 ultra features works for me so a software modification is a big NO for me.

I also tried to hard reset my smartphone and still, notings change from the recent status.

I guess my only chance to get this one fixed is thru a service center.

Thank you so much for your time and suggestion.

Regards.
