I'm sorry to hear that, something similar happened to me yesterday but with a different older Xperia, this is what you should try:
connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1-2 hours > try to turn it on
As for my Xperia, I think I need a new battery.
