Hi @ronh198 I’m not surprised, teletext is now an ancient technology (a bit like me). To get teletext now-a-days you really need an old non-smart TV which doesn’t have an internet connection. For modern TVs it has been replaced by the BBC Red Button service when available.

The remote control has teletext on it, the instruction book tells you how to get it so why have these when not available.

Hi @ronh198 I’m sorry, only Sony can tell you that. Just be prepared for the advisors to not have a clue what teletext is! If you get an answer please post back as I am sure that it will be of interest to others.
