Sony Bravia XE9005 reboot loop

Hi, my Sony Bravia XE9005 keeps rebooting. Never resolves itself just keeps rebooting, going into standby for a short time and then starting the reboot cycle again. I’ve disconnected other systems connected via HDMI (BT Vision box, PS4, Firestick) but with no improvement. 

Impossible to restore to factory settings as the tv won’t stay on long enough for me to access the settings menu. 

Anyone had similar issue and successfully resolved? It’s still under warranty so that’s my next port of call if it can’t be fixed. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I am having the exact same issues with my KD49XD8305. I've tried all the usual diagnostic tools. Unplugging, holding the on/off button down on the TV before turning back on. Unplugging over night. My problem started when I left the TV to update overnight.
