My model KD - 49XD8305 screen flickers repeatedly from Higher Definition to a distorted definition every 3 to 5 seconds. It’s really strange and annoying and has only just started happening. Can anyone help please? I use Sky Q and have ruled out a box fault as it doesn’t happen using other TVs connected to the Sky Q box therefore a TV fault with my KD - 49XD8305 Sony.
Hey Malletb1, the screen can't be replaced even if they had it. Try asking for a chargeable replacement, if the service centre can give you that it would be your best option in the time-being.
