Oreo update will come to all ATV2 based models, so those TVs that have been released after mid-2016.
It will first arrive on the autumn lineup with ATV3 platform. Don‘t expect Oreo on ATV2 this year. I expect it to arrive Q1/2 2018 on the older platform. ATV1 (models prior to mid-2016) look to get abandoned.
