KD43XH8096: USB Headset causes trouble for playback
Hi all
Just a few days ago, my USB headset (Jabra Evolve) have started causing playback problems on my BRAVIA KD43XH8096.
The issue only occurs in some Apps (Netflix, Disney, HBO, ViaPlay), but not in others (YouTube for example).
It seems like whenever the USB is plugged in, the app immediately rejects playback, as if it is a security measure.
Has anyone experienced anything similar, and know the cause of this problem?

Try clearing the cached data for the TV (under Device Preferences - Storage - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data) and restart it by holding the power button for a few sec.

I cleared the cache, and cut the power to the set for 3 minutes.
Problem persists, i'm afraid.

I never heard of such issues before. Did they used to work before? It sounds like a compatibility issue
