Hey, I've watched the video, I'd recommend that you check if your TV is running on the latest software version from this link: http://bit.do/fVbu4 , I'd also recommend clearing the cached data on your TV if you press the HOME button, then select [Settings] — [TV] — [Storage & reset]— [Internal Shared Storage] — [Cached data] — [Clear cached data]. You can also perform a soft reset and a factory reset if that doesn't solve the issue from this link: http://bit.do/fVbu7. I hope this helps.

I’ve do a soft reset & I’ve checked the software, that’s up to date. I’ll try clearing the cache later.

Update, first off thanks for your help.
I cleared the cache & that didn’t work, I then did a factory reset & that did the trick, the tv has been on for over an hour and no issues.
