Can’t get sound using an app or casting
Only get sound out My sky soundbox no sound at all trying watch a movie thru any app or casting in settings audio won’t change to tv audio

i have the same problem and have raised a case with Sony support which is open for the past 3 months.
i have a Sonos Arc connected via an HDMI cable on the eArc port of the TV

sonos arc is OT for problem with Sky soundbox
