Bought this tv early last year. It is connected using a wired Ethernet connection.
we have constant issue streaming Netflix, Disney+ and iplayer.
Our much older tv upstairs, connected over WiFi, has no issues at all.
i have tried re-installing apps, clearing cache and data, etc. which fixes things temporarily.
the only thing I have not tried is a factory reset.
Can anyone give me any advice on what to do?
You know where this is probably going… 😢
But before you do, have you tried rebooting your router? I have had cases where even though most of my kit was working fine over the router to the internet, one device was misbehaving or unresponsive; but a router reboot cleared the issue.
