Hi Sony,
Thanks for the firmware update for my ILCA-77M2. I hear that the new XAVCS video format is much better than AVCHD.
However, I have no way of testing this as apparently my memory card is not supported. I have SanDisk Extreme Pro 32GB UHS-1 95mb/s cards. like this one
I read somewhere that I need a minimum 64GB card to use the new video format.
Is this really true?
Also, is there a chance my ILCE-6000 and SLT-A99 might get a similar update? These are also very decent movie cameras and could certainly benefit....

It is true that you need a Sony 64GB SDXC Memory Card.
I also have a Sony A77ii and i love it.
