Sony 200mm x 600mm focus problem with 2x teleconverter

is anyone else having focus problems with the 200m x 600mm very slow and sometimes resets its self then focuses

i asked what camera you were using because a friend was using a sony mark 111 with same problem i tried to replicate it on my sony  a9 but the lense worked just fine  since that time he has said it has been okay  so you could maybe try your lense on a different camera  hope this is of help to you   all the best   madge115

thanks for quick reply i have changed camera's now to the Sony A9Mark 2 no problems with the 200x600mm lens at all thanks
