Am trying to zoom out my camera but its not responding. and sometimes its work but it immediately zoomed in again. any help is appreciated.

What is the model of the camera?
There was another post on this forum lately where it was advised to do a reset.
The user came back and told that his camera zoomed like before after having factory reset the device.
