Just wondering if anyone's received the same error.
I got the cashback acceptance email, stating money will transfer into my account within 28 days. However when I first entered my tracking information it said EXCELLENT NEWS CLAIM ACCEPTED. Tried a few hours later it now reads CLAIM ID INVALID... Could this be because they are processing the funds? and it takes time for tracking to update???? has anyone else had this issue before.
As far as I know, this page is only helpful until you get the initial email confirming that the funds are being processed. That said, you can always contact Sony directly for some extra reassurance.
i hve had that email too
