cash back last day

I purchased the DSCRX100M4 on 24/8/2018 within the offer date period (1/5/2018 - 1/09/2018) and today is the last day to claim cash back!!! The claim site shows an error that the purchase date is not valid for the offer.who can help me to solve this problem???
