Experia 5 IV Incoming call but no show on screen

When incoming call I hear the signal, but the screen don´t lights up until after 3-4 signals.

Hey @ArneLi, have you tried restarting your phone? If that doesn't help, try clearing the phone app's cache (Settings - Applications - Show all apps - scroll down to the phone app - Storage - Clear cache & data - Force stop) and check again.
