When using the camera button, the predictive capture function is disabled. When you press the shutter once, you should be able to capture the live scene, but my camera can only capture the scene after pressing the shutter for 3-4 seconds. Is it a software problem or a hardware problem?
The camera app is not yet launched and I press the camera button to launch it. The option to launch it and take a picture.
From what I understand you are trying to use predictive capture before the app has even been opened?
Predictive capture only works once the camera app is running, obviously.
the camera button can do use predictive capture when camera app is running.
After starting the camera with the camera button, the camera captures the scene after pressing the button for 3-4 seconds. Xzp xz2, xz3 is not like this, they can use the camera button to start the camera and take a live picture.
I usually set my 'launch with camera key' as 'launch only' so I have never noticed such an issue. I tend to launch the camera on its own and take pictures once I am ready to...
I tried to change my setting to 'launch and capture' on both XZP and X1, both of them require a few seconds before taking a picture after launching. That is for the phone to start up, focus, and stuff I guess, so I don't see any issue there.
Regarding the predictive capture, it happens when the main object is moved only. It works on mine even if I take a picture straight after I launch the camera, maybe with 2 pictures instead of 4 though.
