Is the quick web access working with 3G UMTS?

Unfortunately Wireless WAN is not available wnen using Quick Web Access.

There is a choice to conection : WI-FI, LAN, DSL, WWAN in quick web access. But if you take wwan access, you can choose only Verizon 3G, which works in CDMA. It's impossible to choose UMTS, which works in GSM. How can I take wwan working with UMTS?
