Problem with ATI Rage Mobility-M1 PCI (Deutsch)

Hello,
I have a problem. I installed Windows 2000 Pr. on my old Sony Vaio Notbook PCG-C1VFK. Then I downloaded a Driver from Vaio-link and installed it. Then when I restarted the complet display was filed out. When I restarted again on the right and on the left are 4 zentimetres wide black touches. How can I get the complet display again?
Please help m.

You'll have to reinstall Windows 2000

Are the display properties set to the correct native resolution of the display?

I installed Windows 200 twice. And after the first installation I had the same problem. How can I check if the properties set to the correct native resolution?

Right click the desktop
properties
settings
there move the slider to a widescreen resolution

The Win 2000 drivers are available from Vaio-Link

Go to the Download area and enter your serial number. Follow the installation instructions carefully. If that doesn't work then you may have to force the driver install.

I installed the driver, the homepage gave me after entering the serial. Then I installed it. What means to force the driver or how can I force it??
