can't anybody help me ho to update my device

i see in http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/software/phones/xperia-zr/ there is update for my xperia zr(C5503)

i try to update direct from my defice but my device say my system is up to date

my android version right now is 4.1.2

than i try to update using PC Companion, this software also saying my device is up to date (ver 4.1.2)

the last one i try is using update service but the result is my device vertion still 4.1.2

does anyboy can help me how to update my xperia xr (C5503)

there's nothing wrong with your phone

just like any other update you have to wait for the update to be approved and released in you country, if your phone is or was locked to a carrier you have to wait for them, your carrier/network, to release it

today, I have got my xperia zr. I m from India. and when I checked the support for my device on sony india page it shows that I should have 10.3.1.A.0.244 this bulid no.  But I had 10.1.1.A.1.310 build no. Also when I try to update my device using latest pc companion tool it shows my device is upto date. I dont know what to do. please help

will the manual update voids the warranty??

Its supposed to VOID, But you can since you can flash your firmware using flashtool it cant be VOID. in simple words create a back of your firmware before ypu flash any other rom
