sony xperia z low call volume

hi,

I just bought xperia z. But I am really disappointed about this phone's earphone low volume while call. Then I tested system settings for earphone, the test sound was very clear and pure. But I have problems about hearing call sound. Call sound looks like robotic sounds and comes really low. Please help me,  how can I fix this problem. Is this problem belongs software or hardware.  What can i about this annoying matter?

sony experia sound is rubbish on bluetooth/parrot also. being waterproof should have been no excuse.  crap phone

Hi i Had the same Problem. and i decided to Change my Speaker with a parts phone. i went to take off the Earpiece, and realized there was a blue sticker infront of the Earpiece. like as if it was brand new. i piled it off and out my Xperia z1 back together. and my speaker was loud as it ever been.

The same worked on my Sennheiser earphones in 2019. These manufacturers need to get their act together.
