Is the feature Diable apps missing from Xperia Z?

I cannot find the ability to disable apps (which is available in Android 4.x).

Has Sony removed this feature from the Xperia Z?

settings > apps > all > select an app > disable

Thanks, I had to uninstall all updates for e.g. Google+ in order for the disable button to show...

That's why I did not see it... Thanks for the help.
