How can I transfer my files from Internal to External SD?

Hi,

Just bought my new Xperia Z and for some reason i'm having a hard time transferring the files from my phone to my external SD. Could you please help me out?

try to use Astro File Manager application, it is free on Google Play, or simply connect via cable your Z to the PC and unlock the phone, it should install Z driver and you should be able to view your internal storage and SD card just like any disk partition

User is meant the ability to move installed applications from the phone memory to the memory card.
I have the same situation. Phone allows only the transfer of multimedia (music photo, etc.). As a result, I have a clogged by 90% and the phone memory is almost empty 32 GB card, which I can not install any applications and games.

Okay. I'll try the Astro File Manager then. Is there a way to let the phone decide on where the app should be saved? (phone or external SD)
