Hi everyone ,

Did anyone had a problem to install an apk file?

The unknown sources option is enabled in security settings 

After downloading the apk file, running the file for installation display the authorisation message, the buttons install and cancel, but the button install doesn't respond, only the button cancel respond and the button install is not frozen or deactivated .

I tried with different apk files that I installed before, just can't install any one.

This might happen if you have an overlay of another app active at the same time. This means any app that has the ability to draw on top of your screen (like Facebook Messenger chat heads for example) being active at the same time of installation.

I have checked that there's no app running in background 

I have restarted the device 

I've tried to install something from Google play and it passes

I've tried to disable the device administrator, thinking that it is the origin of the issue (Mc Afee security) and I failed to. 

I checked the available storage space and I have more than 3Gb 

I am thinking about uninstalling Mc Afee.

You can try that, or disable it.

Many thanks for this advice - had Twilight running, as soon as paused the install went through fine as had done previously.
