Hi. I've had this issue from new with my phone. It seems to affect only incoming mobile calls not outgoing or land-line calls. It's so bad I have to call the caller back and then the audio is crystal clear. Rather frustrating as you can imagine.
I've done everything I can think off from settings including two factory resets to no avail. Any help would be very welcome.
