restore data takes too long

I just transfered all my files to my Z2 and now it has been restoring my data for an hour and its still going...is it normal to take this long?? can i restart the phone or should i wait for it to finish??

it usually depends on how large the files are,. if it is more than a 1gb, i reckon it will take a while.

try to transfer you media files manualy thu a computer instead
