Xperia xa Android can't open back to get battery out

Hi

Can't get battery out and ruined screen trying to do so. It's now cracked but still able to operate phone.

 Im experienced with opening phones but some reason I can't open it. Anyone help I'd be grateful.

I'm sorry to hear this has happened The Xperia XA is a sealed unit, so you can't remove the battery from the phone yourself.
