My XA turns of unless plugged in to the mains. Any ideas?
Probably a bad or faulty battery.

I'm sorry to hear that. This does sound hardware related as @MilesTails suggested. I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
