RoadRunny is right, just disable them all. You can also reboot the phone and the cache generated by such apps will be removed.

Not all preinstalled apps can't be uninstalled, on a side note, a side from Google's nexus devices, Sony Xperias have the less bloatware than others.
There's a way around this if you root the phone.

-Any- bloatware is unacceptable. What's new, AVG, AR. All of these aps need to get off my phone. After reciving this phone as a replacement for my lost LG phone, I wouldn't reccomend it at all. No where did it mention that my phone would be hijacked by third party aps.
I would really appreciate them giving me my phone's storage back. If they're done trying to sell me things on my phone that is.

LG and other brands have more bloatware than Sony, unless you get a Nexus device or you flash a custom ROM, you will get bloatware, also, preloaded apps vary by region/country, and even carrier network's preloaded apps.
