For how long has this been happening with your phone? Have you noticed if it was after something specific that this happened? Do you have any other SIM-card that you could try with your phone? It's also worth testing trading places with the SIM-cards if you are using two of them in your Xperia XA Ultra Dual.
I would also recommend that you reboot your phone to safe mode to see if there is any change.
