I can't get the internet on my Xperia XA (new phone). I have spoken to my network provider, and the sim works perfectly fine in my old phone, giving me an internet connection. I have looked at the Internet and MMS settings on the Sony website for the Xperia XA, to see if I can download them again. However, it says to go to settings, more, internet settings - my phone does not have the option of 'internet settings'. I have turned my phone on and off, checked that it is updated and done a factory reset. I had to manually add the APN for my provider, and that has the correct information from their website. What else can I do? or is the phone faulty?
