Phone locked, can't Bypass Google account

I bought a phone that's a Google account of the last owner I cannot find how do I bypass it

Hi @Gypsy1,

It sounds like the device protection has kicked in and I'm afraid that the only way to unlock the device is to enter the credentials of the Google account which was activated in the device. Have you had a word with the owner?

Due to security reasons there are no ways around this lock, but if you have a valid receipt for the device you could try to hear with your Local support if there is some way to have it unlocked at a service center.
