international warranty ? and battery backup

Hai,I  purchased a Sony XA from Philipines, and now i am in India, from the day one itself it seems heat while charging and battery backup is poor. i complained this to the mall,where i purchased and they directed me to a Sony service centre and the service  centre not agreed, that the phone was defected. so i couldnt repair. Now  i went the authorised service center of Sony in India, they said they can not take the job order, because the phone is brought from Philipines.

So please help me to resolve this issue soon. on June i return back to Philipines
