How can i solve the LCD problem

I bought the xpria xa dual recent month, but unfortunately i saw the display darknes which it's color change with finger touch.
How can i solve it. Is this problam can be solved with any software?

I'm sorry to hear that. I'm not quite sure I understand your question but the display changes colour when you press it with your finger, is that correct?

I would recommend you make sure that developer options are not active in your device. You can turn the off if you go to: Settings > Developer options > Off (If you cannot find them under settings, they are already turned off).

I'd also recommend that you try and reboot your phone to safe mode to see if this behavior is related to any of your downloaded apps.
