Cell standby consuming more battery above 70%

When I view the usage of every app, I can see that cell standby consuming more battery, in total 100% of charge it is consuming above 60%. Any suggestions????

Yes. Forget about it. That is a critical Android "application" that is required for communication for the mobile network tower. It means... "I'm waiting for a call or a message... And no other apps are currently using the main process thread"

But cell standby consuming very fast, charging my mobile for every few hrs......

Turn off any syncing, facebook, wifi public, location, gps, bluetooth, haptic feedback and automatic app updates

have the same problem done all the usual wifi off bluetooth off gps off etc etc even factory reset still cell stand by eating my battery??????
