Carrier aggregation in XA Ultra

I purchased XA Ultra Dual last week in India. I use Airtel and Jio Sim. Both the providers have started implementing CA in different Circles. Is Sony aware of this and will providing updates for CA in different bands? If yes, please provide time schedule, since my Circle is under CA. Mediated P10 supports CA

Mediatek P10 support it out of the box meaning that Sony has nothing to do to support it. It will just work!

You are wrong. Sony India website doesn't list CA bands. P10 is a world wide modem which Sony customises for each Country.

I have been informed by Sony local support in India that no LTE-A bands will be supported and no updates will be provided for carrier aggregation bands even though the processor Helio P10 supports carrier aggregation. I had a chat with their support team today and they also informed no VOLTE Support. Please check with your Network provider before purchasing. I can provide chat transcript.

I am totally recommend that dont buy this phone if want to use Reliance Jio sim.... U can go for Xiaomi, Samsung, lenovo as they provide the VoLTE even at the low price as compare to Xperia XA

Sir i have 📱 Xperia XA and I'm unable to call when i call the jio then they said that you have to update phota to support but when i call the Sony care then they said that we don't have any type of solution for Xperia here sir please help me

how old is the SIM card? is or was your device locked to a different carrier?
