Your TV has a few timers, which one in particular?

You will find the power saving timers in the settings under System -> Power & energy.

If you are looking for the Sleep timer or On timer then press the Quick settings button on the remote (looks like a gear wheel). Move over to the extreme right and select Edit. Once in Quick setting Edit you can tick Sleep timer and/or On timer to show them on the Quick settings menu.
