@talabags Did you try to give them a call? Or contact them directly in anyway?

No when I received them they where more than a year old, so I'm going to have a go at replacing the batteries. I updated to firmware 2.1.0 to see if that helped but it didn't.

@talabags Do you mean you bought them second hand after one year? if the headset is within 2 years you shall contact them: sony support
