I have a pair of WF-1000XM4 that have worked great for the past 2 years. They now do not charge. The right headphone is flashing blue but the right headphone is dead. I registered the product a few years ago but can't find the info. I cannot even find a Sony repair centre that has a working phone. Tried calling 01656 867400 but not a working number. Any suggestions?
