WF-1000XM3 do not pair with MacOS Catalina

Hi all,

on my MacBook Pro with OS Catalina the BT is not finding the WF-1000XM3.

Anyone have a hint to make it pair?

I have also a pair WH-1000XM3 which works just fine.

I followed all the suggestions. I rebooted my macbook (running catalina). I reset the headphones. I upgraded the software. I made sure all other bluetooth is turned off - these sony headphones are not recognized by my macbook pro's bluetooth
