I bought these expensive noise cancelling earbuds to remove unwanted noise. I use them to fall asleep with. But in the early hours I’m woken by a loud obnoxious voice yelling ‘low battery please recharge headphones’, despite the fact that there’s still 20% charge remaining. This annoying intrusion cannot be turned off. Even by selecting turn off voice notifications, it still remains. Are you guys at Sony going to do something about this because the earbuds are not fit for purpose!
Hey, have you tried turning the voice guide off through the app?

Also, can you mention the current software version that it's on right now?
Hey, thanks for replying!
Yes voice guide is switched off.
I’m running the latest software 1.3.3
It is not a malfunction but a deliberate choice by Sony not to let you turn these voice alerts off.
