weak headphones 1000 sound on android

My SONY WH-1000XM3B headphones does not have proper sound if paired via bluetooth with android Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite? How can fix this problem?  Thank you.

Have you tried using them with a different Android phone/device or a different device in general?
