My SRS-XB23 Bluetooth speaker works fine with most items except my Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad L340 (Windows 11) it plays the sound but intermittently cuts the sound for a very brief time (about 0.2sec). I have checked all driver updates and speaker updates but can't work out why this is happening, if anyone has any ideas, I would be most grateful?
Hey, can you check if your speakers are running on the latest software version from this link here: http://bit.do/fVb8U, you can also try and initialize the speakers from here: http://bit.do/fVb8V, but since it is working well with other devices, I'd say that it is a compatibility issue with windows 11.
