Sony WH-1000XM4 squeak when moving head in any direction

Hi!

I just bought this pair of headphones and I didn't really expect this considering the price, is the squeaking normal for this product? It makes a little bit more noise from the left side. It's not a loud sound and it can be easily masked by the music, but still....

I would most definitely say that it shouldn't squeak!
But that's kinda vague? like is this hardware related? like something's loose or broken inside?
If yes, since it's new I'd recommend getting back to the dealer.
If it's software related though, can you can you share more details about the nature of the fault?
