For some reason I can't pair my NW-A105 walkman with my Jabra Speak 510 bluetooth speakerphone. It pairs with everything else I own as does the Jabra device. My old Samsung J4 doesn't seem to find it either.
I've checked the specs and it does look like they have a shared profile - A2DP.

Any ideas why they're not finding each other please?
Hi alex, we should look at not only the profiles, but the Bluetooth version as well. IE: V5 Doesn't connect to V4.
Thanks Hannah,
From what I've seen online BT5 is backwards compatible with BT4? But in any case, Jabra is BT3 and the walkman is BT5, however, so is my Google Pixel 2 by the looks of it and that links fine?
Hi alex.ross64, What I recommend now is to contact Sony to check with them directly.
Thanks, all they could recommend is ensuring the walkman has the latest software update and turning it off and on again. Beyond that they said they couldn't guarantee it would work with any specific bluetooth device. Bit odd - I'd presumed there'd be some technical incompatibility I just wasn't seeing, but nevermind. Thanks for the help!
