I have a MZ-R30 minidisc player.
The text on display is very bright.
Is there any function to adjust the brightness?
I don't think that you can adjust the brightness on it.
You can check the manual for the device if you would like but i don't think you can do anything in regards to the screen brightness for this device.

There is nothing about that in Manual.
So why is the brightnes on the display more and more lighter?
There is almost nothing visible on the display. 🙄
Hi @daccapo2, maybe because it's an older device, you might wanna check with a Sony retailer if the screen keeps getting dimmer.
Non you ccan't. MZ-R30 is from end of 90,s so it's quite old, the display is just dying.
