Issue with Music Centre Crashing

Hi there,

I was wondering if someone can help me with this issue that I seem to keep having with Music Centre, only recently.

I have recently bought a new Dell XPS desktop that has decent ram (16gb) with an Nvidia Graphics Cards with 2 tb of storage. After setting up the new PC i downloaded Music Centre from the Sony Website which works great.

I put some music into music centre into the PC and then imported the music into Music Centre which plays perfectly with the artwork being displayed nicely and so on, however, when I transfer the music over to the A45 Walkman it starts to transferr the songs onto the San Disk Memory card that I have within the Walkman and then after transferring several songs, the whole program closes on me!

I will try uninstalling music centre and installing it again to see if that works but just wondering if anyone has any other ideas?

Hi Tom,

That's weird. Maybe there's a conflict with some other software on your PC.

BTW. you don't have to use Music Centre - you can use the Windows Explorer or the Windows Media Player as well.
