Aptx HD activation Walkman NW-A105

I was only able to use Aptx without HD on my Walkman. After enabling developer mode and choosing Aptx HD as bluetooth codec it reverted to normal Aptx after a few seconds. HD is supported with my cans (Fidelio L3).

After trials end errors I discovered the following:

In order to use Aptx HD make sure you are in developer mode and choose codec before you pair your speaker (eventually delete pairing first). You cannot use the headphone app since it forces standard Aptx.

Thanks a lot for the info, i mean i don't have this particular model myself, but hopefully other people who got the same one can find this helpful.
Maybe it can even work with other models that support Aptx HD, think it's worth a shot to try.
